Worlds Greatest ShaveThe world’s Greatest shave takes place annually each year, and gives people the opportunity to raise money for the Leukaemia Foundation. In the last nine years, World's Greatest Shave has raised in excess of $55 million across Australia.

Did you know?
The Leukaemia Foundation holds the Guinness World Record for the Most heads shaved over a 24 hour period, set between 12 pm on April 16, 1999 and 12 pm on April 17 1999.

Animal Welfare

AWL

AWlAWL cares for over 10,000 stray and abandoned companion animals on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas every year.

AWL rehomes unwanted companion animals at one of the highest rates in Australia.

Animal WelfareThe Animal Welfare League of Queensland Inc. (AWL) is a non-profit, non-government funded, charitable organization. They rely on community support through donations, fundraising efforts and volunteers. The Gold Coast and surrounding communities should be immensely proud, as it is their support which has enabled the AWL to provide for the thousands of animals in need over the years.

animal welfareMojo Communications has been actively involved in supporting the Animal Welfare League of Australia, by not only choosing to purchase new pets from the AWL, but also assisting in their fostering program. Staff have taken homeless kittens into their homes, and fed, nourished and nursed them to help relieve the strained occupancy rates of our local AWL shelter.

To support the AWL please contact them on 07 55 817600 or visit their website at www.awlqld.com.au

World Vision

For over 50yrs, World Vision has lead the way in helping poor, marginalised people and communities  improve their lives and take control of their futures. The best way to change a child's life is to change the world in which they live.

World Vision

By sponsoring a child, you will help to bring about long-term benefits to the child, their family and community. Your support will help to fund vital development work in the child's community, such as digging wells, improving sanitation and building health clinics.
This work ensures that the community will be able to provide the children with the basics they need, which helps them to grow up in a healthy environment and have the chance for a better future.
In addition to helping your sponsored child and community directly, a small proportion (up to 3%) of your sponsorship payment will be used to address the underlying reasons for poverty. This may include public influence in Australia, engaging with governments on foreign aid, trade and other development issues as well as activities aimed at protecting children in developing countries from exploitation.

Mojo Communication’s management and staff has raised funds to support World Visions long standing child sponsorship programme by adopting children.
