Far from the traditional call centre environment that predominately consists of transient teenagers or backpackers, the average Mojo Communications telephone operator is 35 years plus, which brings a considerable amount of work and life experience to the role. All of our staff have previous experience in either teleservices or sales environments. When you combine this experience with thorough and ongoing training, excellent working conditions, job security and a fun, friendly and personal approach by hands on directors and management, you produce the happiest, most loyal and responsive workforce in the industry.

A key element to Mojo’s success is it’s team of Directors. Kym Musgrove, Tim Wright and Damian McElwee have a combined 15 years experience in the call centre industry, including sales, marketing, training and advertising.
